[Fruit of the Doom]

It's bad enough that we have to choose between an unfun grind  or paying real money in order to access decent equipment or fun character classes in MP, but now it won't even let me purchase anything with in-game credit.

It just tells me that my transactions fail to process, and then eats my credits anyways after I leave the store.  I've lost more than 100,000 credits this way.

I'm not touching the game again until this is patched.

I had this happen the other night. I closed the mp (back to the main screen) went back in and it gave me equipment (the pack I bought) Kinda surprised me really.

I had this problem at the beginning last week. Now, everytime I go to the store my game freezes and I have to eject the disc and restart the system. I have 300,000 credits. I hope when it's patched I don't lose all of it.

It's not so much denying me what i got in packs that annoys me. It's wasting 30+ minutes on a gold match, managing not to freeze, and still feeling like I want the last 30 minutes of my life back. Fm(l)e3

If the transaction fails, try to buy one pack and then turn off the sistem. Go back to the multiplayer menu and check if you got anithing new.That worked for me. The sistem bugs, homever you get new items without reciving "new" warnings." About loosing credits by quiting a match, yeah it's annoyng. You should keep them after quiting a match. You waste your time for nothing....

Oh I have checked.  Unless I am terrifically unlucky and Veteran/Spectre packs do not guarantee an uncommon/rare item, I never got anything.

Yep, checked what items I had before my purchase. Grinded up enough money so that I could purchase an equipment pack too, because I thought I would make sure the store was working. I just got nothing for my second spectre pack in a row. This is super disheartening.

This is disc error, try cleaning the disc, happened to me, but, when I returned my copy of the game for a new one, it worked.

How in the world would this be caused by a disc read error when people with the digital version of it are experiencing the same issue?

There are different forms of the error, ones an error on the coding that leads to an automatic redirection to the message when buying Any pack, the others just an error in reading the disc on a specific pack, the games basically a buggy piece of crap, and, until it's patched everyone's inevitably going to get it.

This has happened to me 9 times so far. 8 on spectre packs and once on the premium veteran pack. I've called EA twice with the same answer both times. They tell me that when they get the issue fixed the game will give me what I'm owed automatically. So I'll have around ten packs pop up back to back? Kinda hard to believe.

It happened to me twice, and each time after the host player left the lobby. Don't know if it's related, but now I make sure not to spend credits when I'm not hosting the game.

Count me in as a victim of this too. Also the last couple days have been torture trying to stay connected to the servers, almost certain it's not on my end either.

Such a silly issue to be happening, although I do wonder if this is a BioWare or a Sony issue. Either way BioWare could say something about it.

Me too. Happened last night when I tried to buy a recruit pack. I'd successfully purchased a vet pack and another recruit pack with credits. When I tried to buy the last recruit pack it said transaction couldn't be processed and my credits appeared to be refunded. I exited MP and entered again, still had the credits but still could not process the transaction. Of course, when I exited ME3 and went back in the credits were gone and the store didn't give me any pack :-(

Yeah, lost count how much credits I've lost due to this bug. Its well over 300,000 now though. I think Im gonna stop wasting my time playing MP. I waste 20-30 minutes for nothing!

Lost another 60K to this last night when a spectre pack failed to process. Still showed I had the credits even after exiting MP and re-entering. Each time I entered the store it said 'searching for unprocessed transactions' (or similar) but no spectre pack was forthcoming and it still showed I had the credits. After about 5 minutes of exiting and re-entering (no success) I quit the game and re-started. Guess what happened then... no more credits, no spectre pack!

I experienced something like this once(I don`t play mp alot).
The game said it couldn`t process my purchase, I tried many times, and the even told me there was an error when I tried to create a new match or go into quick match.
I restarted the game, and when I checked my stuff I had gotten new stuff.

I've lost about 4 or 5 Spectre packs like this. It gets old real fast...

It kicks me out everytime I buy a Specter Pack -__-' or every other Veteran Pack -__-'
