 I promoted my character last night, and created a new one.  When I logged back in, my new character had the same appearence, name, and powers as my old one, though the character powers screen says -51points available.  Besides, those powers don't actually work when I have the character in game.  As it stands, however, I'm not able to assign powers to the character.  I'd rather not use a power reset card for this, can you please fix this problem?
