Garrus, for obvious reasons.
Tali, also for obvious reasons.
Wrex, for (in my mind) obvious reasons. I love his character and i missed him sooo much in 2. Bada**, awesome takes no sh** from anyone. he's awesome.
Kaidan, I just really like him.
(I would actually settle for just these four, but to finish the list)
Legion, he is just... awesome, adorable and bada**.
Mordin, I didn't use him much for missions but i loved his personality and his humour and would have loved to have been able to talk with him all through the game.
Thane, In fights he complements my fighting style, and i am a sucker for the strong, silent, deadly, dying from a horrible disease type... dammit T.T

Liara: Need a Scientist, and she's my favorite. Biotics.
Tali: Need an Engineer/Tech, she's the best.
Javik: He's a badass. Biotics.
Kasumi: Especially if she brings along a Locust for me (Love that SMG). Shadow Striker. "Shep."
Grunt: "Shepard is my battlemaster. He has no match." Nuff said.
Samara: Her sense of honor, biotics and loadout Assault Rifle and SMG.
Garrus: There is no Shepard without Vakarian.

Mordin gets honorable mention for his personality, but I rarely used him in my squad.
Wrex get honorable mention, but his people need him more than I do.
