he's not in prison at all. He's just grounded. I'm pretty sure Shepard could be hiring strippers for his personal quarters and be doing body shots with james if he wanted to...with james on other girls...not on james...eww.

What Liara said, IIRC, was that she "wanted to come see you" but couldn't. She might have been unable to sneak away from the SB base with TIM hunting her down and whatnot. I don't remember anything in-game that confirmed they never talked or emailed each other during that time...they just never saw each other face to face, which makes sense I think.

If they had been exchanging emails Shepard would have known she was on Mars...at least you would think she would have said the Broker base got destoryed and went to Mars

Keep in mind that Shepard was coming off a temporary alliance with Cerberus, and had just commited mass genocide. Even if Liara trusts Shepard 100%, and she does, she was probably told not to share sensitive information with anyone. They probably just talked about whatever it is that friends/young lovers talk about.

As for the Shadow Broker base, yeah, you're right about that.

It is sad she wanted to see Shepard but did not have the time. Understandable

However Shepard had no idea Laria was on Mars or that Cerberus blew up the shadowbroker base which says Laria told him nothing of what she was doing up until game start.

As for the Shadow Broker base, yeah, you're right about that.

I understand this but a little note in an email or phone call saying you went to Mars does not give away any sensitive info and even if it did Laria is the only LI that follows Shepard without ever asking a question or saying he did something wrong.

I think the same about the other LI's. The least they could do is send Shep a mail or something... It's not like they lock his email or message or whatever-kind-of-thing-they-have account... Right?

Also no emails or calls were ever passed to Shepard, if you romance Thane, he mentions that he tried to contact you several times and left several messages while you were in the Alliance, but got no reply.
