I just looked at the mass effect twitter page and found it.
The question was to @masseffect have you guys seen the fanbook yet?
The response was..."What fanbook do you mean?"

-Nick's narrative-
"So, after the panel, we went down to the meeting room... but there was already a huge line because they were doing game signings. So we kind of stood by the door, trying to figure out what to do, and Chris showed up.
He then told the security people that he was bringing us in with him. He then introduced us to the game writers and some developer guy. We were only able to speak with them for a few minutes, before getting kicked out due to the signing event.
We did our best to impress on them how many people want more content. They said they didn't know what is in future store as far as DLC is concerned, and that it is up to the fans to tell them what is wanted. To that I said, 'I hope this book can show you what the fans want'. They did their utmost to not answer any questions concretely."

oh... well I guess they haven't seen it yet then....not really sure who 'they' are behind @masseffect's twitter anyway... we'll just gotta keep asking
@Visii - sounds familiar, a vague response from the devs,
but I hope that meeting makes an even stronger impression so they'll actually be willing to listen to our feedback

Applause!! They did very well, indeed. I think we all figured no concrete answers would come today, but Chris introducing them to the writers/dev guy means "The Book" will/can be remembered. It just continues to be impressed to them........we work consciously.......we work subliminally....we get in your brains.....ya can't escape us......

- Nick: "We are crashing, no food or sleep for far too long. Just give us some down time. More pics and a vid of the BioWare people flipping through the book coming."
- Keep up the twitter and facebook attacks! We're not going to forget about our favorite characters and The Book and neither should they!
