Hi.I just got my first PC game,and I have been trying to redeem my DLC codes but I keep getting this message "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly".I have entered it with and without the dashes, but no joy.It is a new game just unsealed.Any advice?

Are you sure you're entering the right code in the right place? CD-key goes into http://social.biowar...es_register.php (might need to scroll down to the right game and version) and redeem code goes into http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php . Once done check http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php to see what's registered to you.
If you're totally sure you're doing it right, I suspect only EA support can help.

Thanks, but my brother pointed out in the fine print of the DLC leaflet that the DLC code expired on the 30th July 2011.Thanks for trying though.

I purchased DAO Ultimate today and installed both CDs. I also registered it here on the Socal Network. In the Game "Downloadable Content" I see all of the content under the "Installed" tab. I also see all of the content (Except Awakening itself) as "Unauthorized." I bought the Ultimate Edition because your packaging said it included "All DAO Downloadable content." Can you email me the registration codes so I can run the Downloadable Content? Or just let me know what I have to do to get the content authorized? Thank you.

I tried contacting eahelp.com regarding getting the codes renewed, but they said very politely no.What I can't understand is apparently other people were able to get theirs renewed(http://social.biowar...8/index/8882172).

You are in a gamer to gamer self-help forum. It's been months now since any Bioware people dropped in, and they were very specifically dealing with the steps leading to Patch 1.05, after which, that was all she wrote.
EA doesn't offer any oversight, and fellow gamers have no access to accounts, expiration dates, authorizations, etc. Only if EA wants to extend any dates of expiration will it happen. Their link is at the bottom center, now relabeled as "Bioware Support".
