Did you open your store while a match started? They made an announcement warning people for that.

Well, the store and matches don't match. So you will want to purchase stuff while preferably not even being in a lobby. When a match starts and you're still buying an equipment pack, you have a big chance of losing all your stuff except for character levels.

I've lost credits while not being in a match. The store is just bugged in general.

I've repetedly lost a lot of credits during multiplayer, and not for buying while ready. Presumably it's just for clicking on the store, this is getting very tiresome. Also at some point in the campaign over 200k credits dissapeared. Gaming shouldn't be a chore. <_<

In Mass effect 3 multiplayer, I keep getting an error when I try to purchase a weapon pack. The error says communications error. Twice now I have lost 60,000 credits when an attempt to buy a Specter pack has failed for a total of 120,000 credits. After the failed purchase, the credits are there but after reclogging in hopes of resetting the connection, the credits are gone. This is getting really old.
