While I agree that technical support can sometimes be unfulfilling, you do not have to call out one's nationality in order to make your point.  I know plenty of gamers in India who routinely spank the stuffing out of the folks I play with here in the US...so race, ethnicity, sex, etc has nothing to do with someone's ability to perform their job.

Lack of knowledge, on the other hand, does.

How long before the original people at Bioware leave and form their own studio? That's what we need, Bioware to become independent and free of corporate shenanigans. Let us know when this happens and we will all be satisfied.

I'm waiting on a fix for mine, I've been juggled by the idiots in customer support for a while now. I already hate the SP in this game (not even going to replay that turd, and that's a shame because it was 99% good), is it too much to ask for the MP to work? I'm still waiting on both a victory pack and a commendation pack from Raptor. And the chat guys don't get my problem or don't give two craps.

What you are experiencing is an epiphany, as to which companies you should throw your money at. And ME3 has shown me along with the terrible program that is Origin, never to pay for another EA game again.

I still haven't got my Goliath pack :( it's now at the same stage you were at the start of this: after an email exchange, it was added to my account, but the timer wasn't reset. I haven't tried contacting EA again though, I've made a thread here instead. Thought I'd give you a free bump for Great Justice though :)
