You just gotta know what to look for in a gamertag because in my experience, the chicks don't keep their mics in.

Example: LYKE TOTS A GIRL LAWLZ joining a game is most likely not a girl. Just saying.

Now, if you see something that isn't conceded and such, something mellow, like Chairman Meow (Lack of caps, lack of numbers, nothing that signifies a megalomanic personality and it involves a cat. A bonus, it's also a reference to a historical person that soooo few people know that only someone who studies could possibly know it. A trait most male gamers lack: attention span.) From there, read profiles to get a feel for the person. You'll be well on your way to rejection, my friend.

TL;DR: Invite every team mate you get to a party, play a game, complain about how bad they are, leave, rinse repeat till you hear a woman's voice.....Oh and make sure it's a woman and not a 10 year old boy...Just saying.
