I promoted my sentinel class and created a new krogan.

The next day, I checked back and found that my other sentinels (turian and female) still had all of their powers still spent, except the remaining points for both sentinels I had left was a negative number. The powers I were allocated automatically the same as they were before the promotion.

The krogan successfully reset, I guess because I created him myself.

I may have recreated the turian myself but I can't remember, he has this bug.

The female I am sure I did not recreate, but there she was, points all spent, same appearance and name as before. (I even gave her name spelt the same way to another character so both had the same name during this bug)

I haven't tried playing with them yet, I'll probably test it out today to see what happens.

promoted my sentinels yesterday, everyone of them are normal except for my turian who has -83 points. this has also happened to me 2 times before: vanguard and sentinels again. had to get them to lvl 20 and promote them again

seems to happen when you promote 2 classes before the first promotion is done.
promoted 6 classes right away without waiting, bug happened twice (female engineer, quarian infiltrator)

got this bug too, some characters get bugged out with negative points... sucks.... sucks even more that this has gone unresolved for so long too.
