I think that Sten would make a good Berserker or Reaver. Where as Alistar(howbeit a Templar) would make a better Champion or Berserker. I don't think that Alistar will not be a Reaver without using the specialization unlock trick for all playthru.
Sten is a Reaver in DarkSpawn Chronicles.

There is no evil specialization. Reaver's are older than Blood mages and they are very different.
Blood mages are bad because they can enslave and control other people. Reavers just use their pain and injuries to make the same hurt to enemies.
My warden will be berserker + reaver.
You can be good or bad only through your decisions and deeds.
