He doesnt say anything and just seems like an ordinary easy to defeat dragon.
Granted, there are 3 powerful NPCs helping and we are very geared at that point but the fight was really easy, although long.
The final boss should say stuff like Irenicus or Sarevok.
He just flies around and then dies...
