ok here is the deal i saw that if you import a mass effect 2 Char at level 30 to ME3 then you get  extra skill points and a few other things. well i ended the game with my ME2 char with lvl 28 and i didnt know if i do a 2nd run with the same char and get to level 30 then import that save to ME3 if that will work and if it would mess up any of the things i did in the first run through like the part with the Geth and quarians so i can save both geth and quarians in ME3 or will it be fine because i really dont want to do a 2nd run if i dont have to

if any one could help me out that would be a big help

and also last thing if i just import my char as is will i keep my lvl or do i need to be lvl 30 to keep itwhen i import to ME3
