I thanked him for the reply and am hopeful but...if these very forums are what EA Support considers our helpline and a "BioWare Edmonton Community guy" considers EASupport our helpline the loop continues.
I'm really at a loss as to what to do from here on out, its an issue, known imho, but playing "pong" with our issues and the silent game doesn't seem to me to be a very effective way of letting your loyal, which I am and continue to be, supporters of Biowares games know that they actually mean something and will be adressed. I'm not looking for a full on technical thread about .trp files, save data, and Profile save data but ANYTHING at all would be greatly appreciated. I love this game, as I did ME2, and I worked my arse off on it.Only to have MP screw me out of finishing up the Platinum. Now I'm stuck @89% with noone to contact for help..
