Im male, just to be clear, but recently ive seen many female accounts on the Social Network, its said that 40 percent of gamers are female now, hm, kitchen?
I believe it was something like 80% of playthroughs used manshep rather than femshep.
Whether that is indicative of female players or not is an entirely different matter.
As per the forum.. it's just whoever is crazy enough to come here, not necessarily representative of the fanbase as a whole.

Plus, I know I played a male Shepard on my first playthrough of ME1 (Though for different reasons). Male is tended to be the example of "Canon" Shepard, so I'd say there may be a few female gamers with Male Shepards for the "canon" experience, or even those used to games featuring male characters.
For the record, I'm female IRL, first playthrough of ME1: Male Sentinel, got as far as Illum. Second playthrough female Soldier, carried on to face the Reapers and destroy them in ME3. Good times with her.
Also: Femshepard, Lieutenant Gardner in my kitchen. Umadbro?

About 20% of Shepards are female, take from that what you want
And a large percentage of those gamers with a female Shepard are male. Having said that it would not surprise me if alot of female ME gamers had a tendency to play as a male Shepard.

I find that hard to believe, since Femshep is the vastly superior (and real) Shepherd.

Liara doesn't gives you reasons to be unfaithful, unlike Ashley.SinnSly wrote...

-Well. She did and even if she didnt I wouldnt trust her at all. Something happened to that woman and it turned her from miss mild mannered prothean expert to a manipulator thats so cunning you could pin a tail on her and call her a weasel.Descy_ wrote...

Do you guys really think she slept with Theron? I was never 100% sure about it, I mean she gave sheps body to Cerberus she knew there was a change shep would be back so why cheat?Descy_ wrote...

Just the way she acted with him in ME2 + that 6 month period in between games. Thats a long time to go without snoo-snoo, plus she and Feron were pretty close.

From her behaviour and Ferons awquardness around you, Id say its pretty much a given. I dont really mind it... but I do mind her trying to con me into believing nothing happened.
She is willing to go to hell and back for Feron and has dedicated her entire life to hunting the Shadow Broker for him. That kind of drive only comes from strong emotional bonding. Kind of like anyone trying to get in the way of Jack if she falls for the protagonist. Why Jack decided to leave Shepard alone for months in the brig I do not undestand. She would have busted him out herself and killed anyone and anything that came in the way of her reuniting with him. And not even Shephard himself would be able to stop her.

Prefer Paragon FemShep... she kicks butt and Hale's voice acing is awesome.
I do have one Renegade Sheploo, for the sake of seeing the other side of the ME experience.
