On a more serious note, 50% of humans are female. Is it surpriising 50% of gamers are as well, then?

So if women play in the kitchen, do guys play in the garage or garden shed?
Yes. And we wear only underwear while doing so and have porn on the 2nd screen.

Except for the obvious "She slept with Feron".
I dont believe that.
But even so, my Shep had an affair with Garrus so why would she blame Liara?

But not everyone plays as their own sex.
So really, nobody knows.

In the last two years plus change she has been in charge of people in the most seedy and vile places... as an "information broker". Want to know what they look like IRL? Watch "Heat" and check out Jon Voights part. Thats liara, albeit in a nicer and more presentable package. And it really doesnt stop there. Because then she becomes the shadow broker. She knows stuff and has dirt on people like you wouldnt believe. Whatever illusions she might have had about the world, and whatever innocence she might have had in ME1 are long gone by ME2. Observe the way she talks and acts. Especially during LotSB and when speaking of Feron. Observe her facial expressions when she thinks she has things under controll. The latter might be a "lapse" from a dev, but really.. I dont think so.
She is driven, not by the desire to help Shepard, but by the power she commands and she is almost intoxicated by it to the point of shoving it in your face: "I could start wars". Thats not "Mild mannered disney princess". Thats Councillor Palpatine.
In LotSB she doestnt give a crap about you to the point where she is more interested in hunting down her assailant, than even looking back to check on you after you take a dive. Youre a tool. A means to an end. Nothing more.
So I wonder... what happened?

Why can't people understand that the opposite gender has the same amount of rights to play a game as they do.

When you ask her about it "You're not yourself" or something. She explains that Shepard was lost and things fell apart (just like with every other squadmate), she did everything to get him back and now learns that Feron is alive as well, she can't stop.
Sure she looks like she's intoxicated by the power, but I think that has more to do with how she lost Shepard, her role model, and she's anxious to return things like they were. Your generic "I'm lost, what can I do? Atleast I have to look tough"
After taking over Broker's base she calms down. Shepard is back, Feron is safe and the ones hunting her are brought down.
Still, I believe she had an affair with Feron. She states multiple times she thought Shepard has moved on and asks Shepard if s/he still wants to continue. If you say yes she lets Feron know she's taken.

-Im a cynic... so whilst I admit freely that might be the case I feel her words resonates poorly with her actions and behaviour. I dont trust her further than I can punt Wrex. And thats not far.
In a world where information is King you sometimes end up trading alot more for it than you thought you would.

I never play as femShep because of one thing: Jennifer Hale's voice acting. Mark Meer is just better in my opinion.
P.S. Just my opinion, please don't hate

I'm a female and I've always rolled with my FemShep. But, I have a playthrough with a MaleShep just to have a different experience. But, then again, I've been a gamer since Super Nintendo so playing a male isn't that unusual. It's nice to have a female choice though now-a-days.
Exactly the same for me! It's so nice to have games now where you can play as a woman.
Also, me and four of my friends who are gamers are female. I prefere RPGs but two of them only like shooters.
