So I purchase a spectre pack only for it to fail (via Bioware Points) I know I got tempted. However it failed to fulfill the transaction and has yet to for the better part of a day find the "outstanding purchase."
Asked two different Origin Reps, one told me to "wait it out" another referenced me to post bluntly on the forums. Feels a little ridiculous but shouldn't there be a straightforward way to either reimburse for the lost points (it is my cash afterall) or give me a decent response?
Failure to find outstanding purchase?
