Aria and Morinth, I like the bad girls. A shame that Morinth had such a "limited" role in ME3 after how hard it was to save her in ME2. We'd better be able to romance Aria in the probable Omega DLC to make up for it!

Liara is unarguably the most beautiful.

Honorable mention goes to Sha'ira the consort and that greenish guy that was taken by the tentacle plant aka thorian.

Lastly, some of the nameless and unimportant Asari commandos and dancers and civilians and whatever didnt look bad.

Liara's not fair to me, considering she's a main character, and obviously got more attention. Otherwise, she's a clear winner to me.

BUT, for non-Liara characters... Tevos, Aethyta, and Enyala, though Enyala's attitude could use so adjustment.

and the asari who greets you when you land on Illium in ME2 and stays in the docking hallway throughout the game, can't remember her name. On that note can't remember if its Omega or Illium either.

Any Asari, I have yet to see anyone that does not look good. But then again I believe it is just a trick of the mind. There is an interesting dialog in ME2 in one of the bars where a salarian, human and a turian is having some kind of bachelor party.They talk about how the asari looks exactly like their own race.
