Aria and Liara- although Aria slightly more because she also has that kickass slightly domi vibe.

From ME2 experience: It's not exactly appropriate to measure up an asari's attractiveness when your primary goal is to murder her entirely. I don't know. Maybe that commando that was guarding Nassana's door was good-looking, I didn't get a chance to look because she was trying to kill me.

i cant shake the "thing" i have for Liara. She is exceptionally good looking.

But,

very few of you may remember the Asari neurospecialist we all encountered inside Saren's base on Virmire, Rana Thanoptis. i had to play through ME1 four times before i noticed that she is quite attractive. her wiki picture only does her minor justice. 

Aria would look much better without her sinister glare, though she is also attractive.

Rana, is ok imo. Liara aside (As I cannot even properly categorize other Asari while thinking about Liara: she is in a class of her own) Aria has that "something" that is highly attractive. She is like a guilty pleasure to me. I tend to think Aria would be extensively experienced in bed and that Shepard would have to really bring his A-game to even make the experience memorable for her.

If you spared Rana Thanoptis in ME1, you'll get a news email about her in ME3.
