When TOM says the ending is weak, you know it's weak.

This is not an April Fool's joke. Adult Swim brought him back as fan service for the holiday, and the review just aired.

The review. Now with non-cell phone footage.

Adult Swim is running a Toonami programing block. Probably an April Fools thing, but yes, TOM reviewed ME3. Also got some Dragon Ball Z action going on. It's beautiful.

Makes me wish I was back in early 2000.

And now for some Gundam. At least Adult Swim knows how to give fans what they want.

It's apparently an April Fool's Joke, at least I assume. Can confirm this is legit.

Went to toon into CN's Saturday Anime Block and they brought back toonami despite AT&T telling me their usual shows should be on.

TOM reviewed Mass Effect 3 briefly. I haven't been able to find a video. He talked it up a bit and finished with "The ending is a bit weak, but supposedly there's another one coming out" yadda yadda. Hell, it was probably one of the most impartial reviews of the game I've seen in awhile.

Next on? Gundam God Damn Wing. Talk about nostalgia.

That... That's amazing.

I really hope it's up on youtube soon, because that's something I've gotta see.

Steve Blum did the VO for Grunt in ME2-3.

Find it a funny he said the ending was weak.

And that one minute review actually didn't grace over the game's flaws.

Adult Swim need to make this permanent. I mean, It seems kind of silly to buy the rights to these various shows just for it to be a one-off prank.

I dont honestly see why not give 7-8 to the game...the game itself is good..the gameplay is a lot better from the ME2..yeah some rpg elements were less focused and the ending (no matter if you like it or not) leave stuff that needed time to be explained..

I honestly would give a 8 or 9 to ME if it was about my opinion of the game and just remove 1 point about how the endign should have been better explained and make a bit more of sense..

Gundam Wing was the best anime ever IMO, right up there with Blue Sub #6.

Very surprised at how specific they got with their negatives. Face import bug, RPG elements were better than ME2 but still light, and a weak ending. They even showed Shepard heading toward ABC when the said that.

And this has to got down as adult swim's best April Fools ever. Toonami for a night complete with DBZ and Gundam!

Oh you won't find me disagreeing. Mobile Suit Gundam Wing is my favorite in the Gundam series, one of my first watched anime's, and one of my favorites. If it's not number one than it's damn close. The older Gundam's are so much better. They actually feel like a war. The newer ones feel more like 1 on 1 arena matches sometimes. It's all about the super powerful suits.

I personally prefer the battles between the mass production models. Leo is still my favorite.

I don't think it's a joke. I think they know everyone is going to be dicking us around as soon as we wake up, so they are just giving us some good old fashioned anime and an honest review. Being nice for once on April Fool's Day. So refreshing.

Toonami was a programing block for the best action cartoons ever made that ended, what, a few years back?  Tom was the genetic template Okeer based Grunt off of.
