Thank you Adult Swim. You probably are not reading some random thread on the bioware boards... But thank you for letting me relive my childhood, even if it is probably for only one night.

My ultimate dream would be to fuse or tie in these old anime with the new (lets be fair, it wouldn't be nice to the current generation if we just took their bleach, Full metal alchemist, and blue exorcist away from them.)

But for now... For one night, I am happy. I just wish they didn't choose so many episodes so late in the game, less noobies would be confused.

The day toonami ended, and tom said his final farewells... Was the one and only time I felt tears well up in my eyes for a network. I was as attatched to tom as I was to toonami itself.

It made me pretty sad when that happened when Toonami was ended.  The Cowboy Bebop reference was fitting, though.

This reminds me that Cartoon Network also used to Dub their openings/endings. Even if they mostly sucked. They tried dammit.

Interestingly, for the sake of streamlining they went with the ending credits, even though Yu-Yu always had the opening credits when it was on Toonami before.

Oh, and I just started watching the Big O, and I remember watching this show. I remembered when I was a kid I thought the main character was kinda like Batman with the car he drives, and having a butler. I had my DVR on pause for awhile, so thats why I'm just now watching this.

Oh man that was great. Just watched the DBZ Cell Death episode followed by the ME3 review.

And ohhh the Irony, Cell's death which was a great ending to an anime season followed by a review of a video game with an awful ending.

Yea, sadly I have already noticed. Just a couple of years ago my nostalgia wasn't as bad with different things. One of the memories I've had over the years with Toonami is how I would drink Yahoo while laying down on my sofa and watch shows.

I'd say it was a rather impressive review considering it was less than 2 minutes.  Hits the good things, and actually mentions the bigger issues, like the face bug and the ending.

I was even more shocked that Toonami reviewed Mass Effect 3, and it even talked about some of Mass Effect 3's problems like the import save face system and the ending.
