I must see this in a video.

Oh, how I have missed thee, Toonami...

Flip it to Cartoon Network, it's still going.

I'm watching it now. I want to see Tom rip on ME3, lol.

It's overall postive, but it does call it out on the face import problem and the weak ending.  A quick, one minute review, and it actually mentioned the ending.

Damn, I stopped paying for extra channels pretty much right around the time Toonami was cancelled. I want to see this so bad, but I can't ;~;

Watch all them anime/cartoons for me, BSN.

It always amazes me how surprised these people are about how strong the Gundams are. It can be the last episode in the series, and everyone is like "Holy crap, the Gundams are so strong!"

Darn you Americans and your logical CN hosting [adult swim]. In England we currently get an episode of Metalocalypse, and two episodes of Robot Chicken... On TCM. Once a week, at a stupid hour. For some inexplicable reason, CN haven't shown anything from the adult swim schedules since the demise of their Toonami/adult swim themed channel, CNX around ten years ago.

On a side-note, I get the feeling that Seth Green's quite a fan of games (at least going by that really silly RC sketch of Cloud working for Sephiroth in a fast-food joint), so I wonder what his opinion on the ending is. I can't imagine for a moment that he would be happy with how Joker was portrayed in the non-VA scenes of him fleeing, especially as they had given him more dialogue. At least compared to the first game. For some reason, I barely recall him in the second so can't recall how much/little he had to say - I assume more than the first, less than the third.

On TCM?  That's just bizarre but I guess they had nowhere else to put it.

Weird? It's downright stupid. I think it's a Thursday night, at variable times depending on what films they've been showing. CN itself shows nothing but reruns at the ideal timeslot for adult swim. By reruns I mean they're currently showing things like Ben 10 at 22:00, and then just whatever they decide to show for the month of the year (Currently it's Hero 101, I believe, and Chop Socky Chooks - sometimes it's Cow and Chicken, which at least I have fond memories of). The last channel prior to TCM was Bravo, a now-defunct channel that mostly showed rubbish and even then, [adult swim] was on at 01:00 after porn. They in turn stopped showing it around the time that the guy who voiced the captain in Sealab 2021 died and was replaced by his son.

btw, this has to be one of the few reviews that i can respect that isnt just blowing smoke up Biowares pie hole. Reason for that is he points out the very things fans had issues with, not just what a corporate reader would. ALL HAIL TOM

If Toonami was still around I'd feel bad for you. But what they have now is, while not as bad as it used to be (seriously, can anyone honestly say there saturday block didn't outright suck for a few years there?) isn't exactly a "must-watch".

Still stupid though, yeah.

Annnnd next up?

I dont honestly see why not give 7-8 to the game...the game itself is good..the gameplay is a lot better from the ME2..yeah some rpg elements were less focused and the ending (no matter if you like it or not) leave stuff that needed time to be explained..

I honestly would give a 8 or 9 to ME if it was about my opinion of the game and just remove 1 point about how the endign should have been better explained and make a bit more of sense..

quite frankly i wish it just ended @ the marauder shields fate like dual.

This is awesome. :) I remember the good old days, getting home from school and before doing anything else, flipping the channel to some Toonami.

I watch Toonami Aftermath all the time, but seeing Toonami actually on my tv like this is amazing. Also TA doesnt ever show Tom v3 so I am seriously happy right now.

Very surprised at how specific they got with their negatives. Face import bug, RPG elements were better than ME2 but still light, and a weak ending. They even showed Shepard heading toward ABC when the said that.

And this has to got down as adult swim's best April Fools ever. Toonami for a night complete with DBZ and Gundam!

Agree, its all win win. The review hit the important issues and wasent overly dramatic on the endings. Weak ending, strong everthing else 8.5

Tom nailed it

I think it's even more tragic as they can support having CN, CN Too, Boomerang (which shows mostly really old cartoons, as well as some more modern ones like Chowder Billy and Mandy, etc) and Cartoonito (a baby channel, basically). On none of these do they show anything from [adult swim], Toonami, or even a single adult-oriented series (and by adult, I don't mean 'adult' - I mean not aimed at POKéMON fans, or Beyblade... Or whatever). Mind you, the only anime we get over here nowadays appears to be on The Anime Channel, which in itself was basically a two-hour slot on repeat, and even then, I don't think it exists anymore.

Only thing that could make this better? If they played Reboot.
