Tenchi? I haven't seen this in a long time .. he gets put in a random unknown place .. just like ME3's ending. There is even a kid.
Haha. Let's be honest here, none of us watched Tenchi Muyo because we ever expected it to make sense in any world except Tenchi's world.
seeing how most of us would be teenage/20 somethen men it was prob. for the women's clothing.....or lack there of
Well, that may play a part.
But it was generally entertaining. Watching confusing things can be fun when you don't expect to understand them.
FLCL being a prime example.
at least they just said the charaters them selfs dont under the plot

All but impossible though. Not even my cable provider saw this coming. According to them I'm watching FLCL.

Old school anime was really good about that. In strange shows half the time the protagonist has no damn clue what is going on, why it's happening, or what the hell he's supposed to be doing. And freely admits it.
Tenchi says it best: "I don't get it!"
That kind of tongue-in-cheek humor is sorely missed sometimes.

I didn't know they did stuff like this before. It's rare I find myself watching CN. Tonight was pure luck.

I didn't even know Adult Swim still played FLCL.
They've started introducing some of the better older shows recently. FLCL being one of them. Their saturday block has been slowly starting to not suck.

Tom even mentioned the rumored new ending on the way, and at the same time avoided taking sides in the Indoctrination theory vs Bad writing forum war!
Tom probably reads BSN

They actually pulled a double April Fools. It started out like they were going to show the Room again with the title popping up. Needless to say, I wasn't in the mood for a third year of that. Fortunately, Tom jumped in to save the night.

I cant stress enough how good that review was. It was short and sweet. Listed all the major bugs and quirks. Mentioned how good the game was and mentioned the ending being bad.

The true final step in evolusion is all of us becoming TOM's.

Yeah I know it has. But recently I didn't mean weeks or months or anything. Just as opposed to what I consider the "dark years" of their lineup.
Cowboy beebop already plays on their usual Saturday night. Probably why they left it off.

the one issue with that is i believe they normally play Big O every saturday night after cowboy bebop.
And i agree with the "dark years" it has been good with in the recent year or so, but before...ughghghg
