now im remembering. god these are all the good anime's i remember. maybe they'll play esceflowne or whatever its called...

wow thats a name i havent heard in a long long long time. Maybe toss in Ronin warriors?

btw any one noticing a lot of space magic and storys with sudden endings with plot holes?

psssssst i think CN is trying to say something

Ronin Warriors was the very first anime I ever watched. Even before Dragon Ball Z.

Cartoon Network: "Bioware, let is show you how you use Space Magic and actually make people enjoy it. Taking notes? Good!"

Ronin warrios ..  is that the show where a group of different color warriors have some sort of ancient asian armor and fight this evil in another ancient asian armor?

Edit: googled it. Memory was partially right.

I'm going to say "Yes", but I add the quotation marks because with how Japan and anime works...that could describe like 1,000 different anime's.

But yeah they all had different colored samurai armor.

I bet she's still not happy with her weight.

And yeah, it was. One of the super rare bullets he picks up in the unaired Spa episode.

This just made my night. I might actually have to get the decent cable again if this is permanent. Freaking love Toonami. Do it CN.

It's just for tonight, since it's April Fools.  Probably the coolest April Fools ever, though.

www.adultswim.com/schedule/onair.html
If you look over to the right (under Saturday, stuff in blue), they've got the right stuff lined up for all the upcoming Saturdays. If it's just trolling, it's pure evil. But damn I own some of these series on DVD but I still would love this.

Actually I'm not sure if this is their regular schedule already or not. But I wouldn't think they'd still be showing Big O so I'm just guessing (haven't watched CN in years).

Haha. It sure was.

It amazes me to think about old anime like this. She was completely unashamed about the whole thing.

Most newer animes almost any girl you'd catch in that situation would blush, stutter, and punch you. Which is a fine reaction. But doesn't take into account varied characters and personalities.

Old school was really good about characterization and distinct personalities, IMO.

That was a great surprise when I was watching the DVDs.  I didn't know until then that they had edited out an episode.

Also, I had a suspicion that Yu-Yu Hakusho would be up after Big O, and I was right.  Good times.

Never got into Big O or Yu-Yu Hakusho, might be calling it a night unless something else is coming up after them.

I like YYH. Big O I think I'll get some stuff done during and then come back.

I wish I could remember how long their old block was. Anyone remember?

It varied.  If memory serves it got up to 3 hours.  Sometimes it was just for 90 minutes.
