I had a friend download it and make a person and save it (using my infor) then I wait for like 4 days for it to upload to the site but nothing. NO upload NO Ring.
Did my friend so something wrong?!?

Okay, I too had this problem. After you use the character creator and are at the review page, save the character. Make sure you are logged off of all Bioware servers and forums you are using (This is what got me everytime!), throughout any PC, or shared xbox live accounts if you are using a router or such. Now on the character creator window log into your account, and soon as you are there upload your character. After the screen is done loading and you can click on done, do so and close the window. Hopefully when you log into xbox live you will have new content to download. Good luck!!! And I hope that helps you out...

After creating your character in the Character Creator, did you press the 'Upload' button on the Review screen. Saving it along will not be enough, you need to make sure you perform the upload.
