The notification part is fine, it alerted me to the new message. Then when I clicked on that, it went to an empty inbox. I went to 'messages>message inbox' and it showed up, but now after having replied to it, the message has disappeared again.

It was the same thing with the friend request. I know it's there, but when I go to 'friends>incoming friend requests', it has also mysteriously disappeared. I did see it once though, and I think that may have been from clicking on the notification to begin with.

The site speed is good at the moment so I'd guess that's not the problem (a post took a while to show up in a thread last night because the site was being slow).

Oh, and I couldn't find an actual thread search...
