You go Blizzard.

Now that's how a game company should be.

You know, actually caring about their game.

I just read that a few seconds ago, and burst out laughing. Well played, Blizzard.

 and yet they're the ones who delayed a game for about 5 years...

Far better delayed than unfinished. Everybody would've been better off if Mass Effect 3 had been given another year of development time.

Nothing to with the fact that WoW subscriptions have apparently dropped since a certain Bioware-developed Star Wars MMO was released, then? ;)

I don't think Blizzard is worried about that.  The Star Wars MMO is not that great, the Star Wars fans that played WOW were going to switch over to it regardless.

The game is like 8 years old......that has more to do with it than anything.

Lol. If they don't fix ME3 at PAX then Diablo 3 here I come.

The OP was just too funny. "Color coded for your convenience" I almost fell off my chair.

I kinda liked their fake starcraft 2 patch joke from last year better, but still pretty funny.

Blizzard of course doesn't actually have to worry about endings..it focuses simply ont he gameplay of the series. Story and characters have never been a big part of Blizzard's repetoire, the gameplay is where there bread and butter is.

(let's not talk about the lore which pretty much every game, blizzard will change)

Do people actually care about the characters OR the world of either Starcraft or Warcraft?

It's the gameplay that draws us in....

I would actually disagree.

Even though I'm no fan of blizzard after what they did with wow, they still managed to make some of the characters in video gaming I can actually remember.

This sounds better than what we got! At least with blizzard our choices would influence the ending and it's color!

I loved the characters and universe of StarCraft and Brood War, but Starcraft 2 kinda killed it for me. :P

Nice and yeah when Blizzard Entertainment takes a stab at your game you know that you're in the dog house. Seriously Blizzard's games don't have the best writing around for story but even they know not to do what BioWare did.

Well Bioware did absorb large amounts of their MMO fanbase, which they're not too happy about, and they have lost a lot of users recently, which they're not happy about. So this isn't really unexpected. Funny though, but unexpected.

Blizzard makes the best jokes, well played. They make plenty of stabs at their own stuff too.

I liked the Mojang one as well, thanks for the link.

Multiple endings, each influenced by your choices and color-coded
for your convenience! (Further epic endings planned for post release as
downloadable content.)

This is the US version, the europe version reads like this :

Multiple color coded and unfulfilling endings!
Even more endings via revolutionary Democratic DLC™!

CDProjekt already mocked Bioware because of Dragon Age 2 last year, now is Blizzard take on them.

Question is: Is Bioware becoming a joke in the industry?

And BioWare is officially the laughing stock of the industry.

... Will we ever see our heroes rise again or is this the end of the line?
