This is getting ridiculous, I'm playing a lot silver//gold matches only to loose all the credits for a spectre pack  that I cannot buy.

I lost about 8 or more spectre packs this week, the failed transaction goes like this:

Win a match, I got 60k or more creds, I go to the store click spectre pack, use credits and then it says the transaction wasn't complete. I get back my credits....BUT I won't be able to buy any other pack until I reload the game and when I do so I loose the credits that I used for that 'ghost' spectre pack.

When will I get refund on all the spectre packs I lost after launch?

Credits lost: about 480 000 during this week.

I have this problem but the pack does work for me... you just can't see what you got.

I buy one and it says there was an error with your transaction and the credits will disappear and re-appear. Then when you quit out of the game and back in... they are gone! I just look at weapons and classes to see what I got but I definately get something!

Well I didn't :> Got so few unique weapons and upgrades that I'd see if something appeared

The only thing I can think of is to unfortunately get in touch EA/Bioware. They maybe able to help but I seriously doubt it, especially live chat, they are useless. Other than that, there is not much you can do.

In live chat they told me to post a new thread here and wait for refund//fixing the issue.

I never got my commendation pack from Operation Goliath and I got intouch with them about it... they said the exact same thing about posting on the forums for a moderator to see and fix the issue.

Here is that thread that a few have posted on. Nothing happens they are just avoiding the problem!

It happens to me all the time and i think i losse about 5/10 packs per week...the items will be there but you just cant see whats inside the pack...and the3res still the annoying bug which prevents you to buy also any other pack until you reload the game
