You know I've always wondered about Henriksen's role and BioWare's "artistic integrity".
Considering he was very popular in ME1, sorely missed in ME2 (I was one of the people screaming "WE WANT HACKETT"), brought back in Arrival and as a major character in ME3 due to fan popularity... just saying.

I have to ask again: What is there NOT to believe? 

If the OP would have claimed he said something like "Bioware is developing a new ening, that will be out on June 1st for free!" or something like this, yeah, that would be obvious, but in the end he said nothing, we don't already know: "They announce something at PAX".

Man, I want to believe this so much. I'll be cautiously optimistic but I'll try not to think too hard about it, and if it turns out the OP was right, it'll be a great day for us all.

I wish it wasn't April Fool's Day, I would be less skeptical. No offense to the OP! I just don't trust the internet today at all...

I decided to believe the OP, he responded to my PM. After all, nothing really groundbreaking was stated.

I can assure you that the sci-fi fair is legit. Twice a year "Sci-fi mässan" is held at either of the largest citys in Sweden and yes this year it's in Gothenburg on the 31 of March and 1 of April so no joke there.
Also the homepage refered to in this thread is legit. You can also see this link, for more info if you need some more background facts.
So yes it's entierly possible that the OP actually met Mr. Henriksen. For those still sceptical check out the facebook fanpage. Notice the poster in the background on the lastest image? Compair it with the logo from the website first mentionend in the post.
Well that's all I can come up with to prove the authenticity of this.

I said he did a good job with the voice casting. I told him I recognized his voice as soon as Hackett spoke. Lance asked me what I thought about the game itself, and my reply was that it was great until the ending. He has heard a lot about the people's reactions and he understands them because there was not much closure. Also, he also knows what is going to happen in the future with the story of ME3 but he is not allowed to say anything. Finally, he said Bioware are planning to announce something big and amazing at PAX next friday.

Hm, I wonder what Bioware is planning, If it wasn't something genuinely good I doubt Henriksen would have called it "Big and amazing"; This is the kind of thing that gets pushed when PR is around, not in private conversations.

He could have easily omitted the praise if he did not think the praise was worthy, is what i'm getting at.
