 I'm having problems with purchasing any items on the store in Mass Effect 3.

i can buy a pack once, but after that it normally wont work saying what most of you probly have gotten.

it's along the lines of not being able to process it.

But either way i spent my bioware points on a spectre pack, before this i didn''t care much about in game credits as i can always play for more but at this time im finding it frustrating that i have lost money in a purchase.

as much so i know alot of people have probly already talked about this i wish to know if anyone knows if we will get a fix for this and/or our credits and/or our money back for lost purchases.:blush:

You actually get the items from the pack, the frustration comes from not knowing what did you actually get ... If you relog and check the weapons menu, you'll see the "new"sign if u got new weaps, same applies for equipment, but its hard to know if you got any new weap upgrades or chars...

I've encountered this bug so often that I've started tracking my items to double check on 'bugged' purchases. In about 70% of cases I do recieve new items, but there are occasions when I get nothing at all (no cobra/medi gel/weapon upgrades/mod upgrades/character training - I could only confirm this 100% after doing the recent promotions for the Raptor challenge). The bug is also happening without ever visiting the store when in a lobby, whether the status is set to ready or not.

It's an irritating one, that really should get a fix given the impact it can have on real money purchases (all of mine have been ingame credits, so I'm not overly worried). I wouldn't hold my breath for a refund/replacement of credits, but I would love to see it fixed.... along with some of the other glaring bugs and glitches that occur so frequently.

I think I just lost around 200k credits for two Premium Specter packs both of which failed to go through. Infuriating.

Go to the store, select any pack but don't buy it. Completely exit the game then go back into the store and you should be able to see your purchase when buying. If you do anything else like navigating around, including after missions, the store will bug up again. To lessen my frustration I normally do this procedure when I have enough creds for 3-4 spectre packs. Works for me everytime, hope it helps.
