They are living in the time before toilet paper, plumbing and floss, so , yeah, I think filthy rotten tooth heroes are fine.

Im going to have to make sure my character never kisses anyone though, ive kissed people who never brushed their teeth and I don't think I could go through that again, even in a video game.

Oh God, I bet they don't shave down there either. lol, maybe thats why they call them the witches of the wild. Cause they got a forest under their robes.

Yikes man, kissing people that never brush their teeth, I feel for you.

I had noticed the teeth as well, bothered me a little bit (i'd prefer something more white,..pearly white not necessary, just a tad bit healthier) but I figured I wouldn't really be seeing them in the game anyways. /shrug

 <-- Wishes there was an animated laughing emoticon to properly convey the level of laughter this comment provoked.

You have to remember that people ate FAR less sugar back in the day than what we do today. And in many cultures people were pretty concerned about their looks, even for thousands of years ago. The vikings bathed once a week at least, and one of their most priced possessions were usually a comb of some sort. I don't know about their teeth, but I believe I've seen very old human skulls with all the teeth intact, so I'm sure they did something to keep them clean (and ate almost no sugar).

Yep i've dug up early medieval skeletons( i used to do archaeology, i'm not a grave robber or anything) and was always surprised by how good their teeth looked, apparently due to the low amount of sugar in people's diets back then. Down with the rotten teeth!

I saw a special on skulls recovered in a warm and fertile place (I can't remember where) but they had pristine teeth because they mostly ate fruit.

An apple a day and all that...
