Anyone know of some off hand? With the loading times looking for them is taking way too long. Specifically the deathroot poisons with the stun effect.
High end poison vendors?

If you complete the Crows' quests, a poison merchant becomes available in the market
The shop in Dust Town also has some stuff

To be more specific Cesar the crow in the market will offer you a special stock once you finish all the crow quests. I went to Denerim early and had to wait before I could start on them, I don't know what the trigger to start them is but you will eventually be contracted.

Defeating Zevran is step one. Asking the Crow cell leader (forgot his name, he's next to Cesart) if he needs help is step two. Then you have to walk to the front gate of Denerim, at which point an unrchin will deliver a message from the local cell to negotiate a business relationship.

Are the poisons higher level than the Crow poison ? (needs 2nd level poison making skill) There didn't seem to be many high level poison recipies

Hopefully a list of locations and effects will show up on the wiki or gamefaqs soon. Until then, I think the "stun + nature" poison line looks like this.
Deathroot (basic)--> Concentrated Deathroot (adv.)--> Fleshrot (expert)--> Quiet Death(master)
I know Quiet Death is sold by Ceasar in Denerim once you have completed the Trial of the Crows quest line.
Edit: There is a Concentrated Crow Poison that requires expert skill, so presumably there is also a Master version as well.

Yes there are at least two master level poisons available from Cesar once you've unlocked them as outlined in this thread.
They are Quiet Death and Concentrated Demon Poison IIRC.

Hmm... yes, but doesn't the Demon Poison (and concentrated Demon Poison) do spirit damage only?
Come to think of it, why is there even a Soulrot Coating (Expert) and a Demonic Poison (Expert)? The tooltips say they both do the same thing... has anyone noticed differences?

Soulrot is a bomb, not a poison or weapon coating.

Soulrot coating has a chance to stun.

Crow Poison: +3 Nature Damage for 60 seconds and chance to stun for 60 seconds
Needs Improved Poison Making.
2 Toxin Extracts, 2 Death Roots, 1 Flask, 1 Distillation Agent.
The top poison = "Quiet Death" the Recipe is from Cesar in the Denerim Market District, and I am pretty sure you can only access him if you compleat the thieves or crows quests.
Effects = 10 Nature damage for 60 seconds, chance to stun for 60 seconds, and "chance to instantly kill weak, injured creatures"
(information from the PRIMA Official Game Guide book)
Soul Rot Bomb is a grenade, Deals 80 Spirit dammage to all in area of effect.
Sould Rot is a Weapon Coating, causes +2 spirit Dammage for 60 seconds.

Thanks for the numbers. (Still don't get why the game obfuscates them, but whatever.)
Do you happen to know if there is a Master level "Crow" poison, or is Q Death supposed to fulfill that role?
Edit: NM, looks like gamebanshee has a list of all the poisons up. Q D is supposed to fulfill that role.
