I've got a completely reliable bug with squadmate grenade pools:
Walk into an area with an autosave, with at least one squadmate with a grenade power (I've used Ash and Vega).
Check the number of grenades your squaddie has available. Let's say it's four.
After the autosave, get into combat, and have your squaddie lob a grenade.
Die.
Reload from the autosave.
Observe that your squadmate now has three grenades available, even though when the save was made, they had four.
Pretty annoying since there's a direct correlation between how likely you are to die in a fight and how likely you are to spend a grenade, considering both probabilities rise with the difficulty of a fight.
