I get forwarded to a page saying something like
"General Error.
(something i forgot), please try again later"
at the point where it would usually forward me to the respective 3rd party site.
On the "Manage accounts" site I now see three "UNCONFIRMED" invoices which I will not be able to confirm as they 3rd party sites for them never opened.
Will those invoices time out eventually or should I contact customer support? If so, is EA or BW responsible for this issue?

I tried it over the website once via paypal, same result. However the website and the ME3 in-game "manage accounts" thing seem to be unrelated. Also the price for 1600 points is different in-game and on the website..
