My questions have surely been talked about in the forums before, but I couldnt find it so here it goes.
I romanced MIranda in ME2 and I dont want to continue in ME3 because I want to continue my romance from ME1 with Liara.  I have avoided talking to her at the Citadel so far (I have just done Citadel: Priority 2 ).
So my questions are:
What happens with Miranda if I dont talk to her before Citadel: Priority 2? Will I have to load to before Tuchanka to talk to her?
When I talk to her for the first time at the Citadel when she ask if she are still in Shepards life, what happens if I "want to just be friends"? And what happens if I select the "nothing have changed"? Does she get locked in if I say yes?
Will I get the misson to save Oriana, and will Miranda surive if turn Miranda down? (I have read about it, but I couldnt get any clear answers).

You can just tell her that you want to break up, you don't have to avoid her.

If you break up with her she will end up dead no matter what else you will do.
