I'm having a problem ordering the points needed to buy the Wardens DLC when using my paypal account. I have setup the info on my paypal account on the Bioware page with the correct address info, but when I try to actually buy the points, the system goes to the paypal page and paypal gives the error listed below. I've got two dud transactions sitting in my Bioware queue that I apparently can't delete/rescind, and I can't get paypal to pay this transaction. What, short of paying on credit card, do I do to get this fixed? Paypal error was:

The points you buy to be able to download DLC. I'm also having problems with this.

Hi RV! Downloading DLC - like wardens keep. You have to buy bioware points first (either with Paypal or CC) and then you spend those points in the game.



I had a few connection issues (I am sure everyone and there brother, mother, friend, friends friend and so on are doing the same) but managed to get it.



Wardens keep is 70% downloaded yay!

I purchased 400 points, through Paypal, and it shows on Paypal, however, no communication from bio, and I do not see my new points. Also when you try to download new content, it says you do not have enough points? but it does not say how many you need or how many you do have, very silly for a nice game like this. Communication, communication, communication....

A separate forum to deal with your question, once very clearly described in a forum sticky that's very suddenly gone, does exist.  I am editing my comment in that forum, but hadn't verified the continued existence of the sticky before my reply was posted three hours or so ago.  If it was already gone, the previous ending sentence here made no sense at all.
