Sometimes when using the human adept shockwave ability it will stop causing "impacts" on enemies. I'm not talking about hitting armored targets and not being able to knock them over, but actually using shockwave on unshielded/unarmored targets will have absolutley no effect - the shockwave simply travels straight through them with no effect. Also there is no "impact" sound effect from where collisions should be occuring. Then, later on in a MP match the shockwave will function properly again with both collisions and the impact sound effects.
This effectively breaks the human adept as some enemies can only be combatted effectively using warp/shockwave combos (e.g. armored targets requiring biotic detonations).
So far I have not found out what causes the shockwave to cease functioning properly or what causes it to begin working again - it seems to happen entirely randomly.
Can someone at Bioware acknowledge this issue please!
In the meantime I'll continue trying to identify the cause, it happens to me in every match I play...
