What are you talking about? It is clearly written on that very page that is linked.

"Only 1 left in stock--order soon."

About 20 minutes ago it was shown as 8 in stock.

Here's your post in this thread from about an hour ago:

Dragoonlordz wrote...

I just noticed the game clearly is selling from them still, the comment you made is correct but also note that 5 minutes ago they had 8 in stock now they have 5.

You're all over the place, Dragoonlordz.

I was making a guess on time. The numbers themselves relating to stock was factual however.

And when I made that comment did noone go and look for themselves? It said 5 when I posted that and now says 1 when I posted a follow up reply. I don't give a toot about times, the stock dropping was my point.

Well, you're not very accurate. 8 or 5? 15 minutes or an hour?

But all your other facts are rock solid, right?

ANYWAY....yeah I'm in Virginia, USA at the moment, and here prices have gone down for ME3 (standard version) When I go online to Amazon the prices for 360, PC, and PS3 are 50,51,50 - respectively. Also I called my local best buy and they are selling ME3 for 40,50,40 - respectively.

I'm pretty sure none of us have global statistics or anything, but i never would have expected the prices to drop within the first month of release for a game that was as anticipated as this one was...

well...with everything that's happened (not just the ending issue) it's explainable, but I was still surprised...

If you were too lazy to go look for yourself when I posted the original comment and then look a second time when posted a follow up, thats your problem. Love the way you try to nit pick on one part of a comment in order to dimiss a second part when the first part is a guess and the second factual.

Yes, the bottom line is definitely hurting them. And PAX will pretty much be make or break for several people.

I'd say you did a fine job of proving that just from your own posts. It really does help to remember what you typed previously.

I was merely pointing out the difference in what my link to Amazon was showing and what you claimed yours was.

Why can't you just apologize instead of lashing out on people who are actually correct about your statements?
You come across as very immature by behaving like this and it's quite annoying to witness. Please, just stop it.

Of course you do relise this number is for Sent2u by hts-scotland.
This particular retailer (Sent2u by hts-scotland) selling this game through Amazon has 1 copy left. Not Amazon.
I thought this thread is about Amzon itself not about some third party retailers.

You can get the PC version for about $39 on Ebay.

Amazon dropped their prices for the Xbox version to $50. And for some reason Amazon has 3rd party vendors listed before Amazon for the PC version. It's $44.

Well ME3 beat DA2 for price drop on Amazon. The price went to £23.95 after 19-21 days (from UK release).

For what was supposed to be Biowares flagship title that's pretty horrific. Bioware now only have DA3 which is itself damaged from the reputation of DA2 ,to turn things around.

ME3 was the closest thing to a safe bet you could get and they found a way to not only screw it up. But screw it up in front of a world wide audience.

a. Dragoonlordz can never be wrong.

a1. If Dragoonlordz is proven wrong, any excuse will automatically falsify the proof.
a2. If Dragoonlordz is proven wrong repeatadly, everyone framing Dragoonlordz of being wrong is automatically a compulsive liar, or too lazy to doublecheck the prove, or too stupid to understand the real context.

b Dragoonlordz is always right.

b1 If Dragoonlordz is not right one time, reality automatically changes to make Dragoonlordz right.

Well, people who say it's false advertising are correct, considering you can get only one ending, regardless of your choices, in A,B,C ending form, which they clearly said it would not be.
This is a bit overkill, but I do see where they're coming from.

You can get multiple endings, all of which are different from each other. People saw the word "different" and assumed something in their heads about what "different" would be, and then called Bioware liars when this expectation wasn't met.

Rubbish thing for Bioware to have done? Sure, I'll get on board with that. Never, however, going to get on board with all of the garbage about "lies" or "false advertising" or "let's sue them", or for that matter trying to take Amazon's sales system offline if that's what's happened here. That's just inaccurate, and doesn't paint a good picture of the anti-ending movement. It makes them look like they've never experienced a situation where the marketing and hype hasn't lived up to the end product, which is surely the height of naivety.

Regarding this I don't really understand the stonewalling PR-policy of BioWare. The sales dropped, the prices fell, that makes an impact on future DLCs very likely, which is bad when you are making a AAA title meant to be a cashcow through DLCs.
Now, they said they didn't want to address the ending-issue directly till now, so ppl would have a chance to play through the game...
Whut? You don`t need to upload the damn script what's going to happen. You just need to announce "NEW ENDING DLC" or "2000 PAGES BOOK TO CLARIFY THE METAPHYSICAL OFFSPRING OF THE ONTOLOGIC FOCUS OF THE GAMES ENDING  ON THE COEXISTANCE OF SYNTHETIC- AND ORGANIC LIFE - with a handwritten signature of steven hawkings for the first 100 buyers" or " THAT ENDING WAS INTENDED; FOOLS! LOTS OF SPECULATIONS!!! ENJOY! - Oh, and plz buy our "Psychotic homocidal horror-trip DLC where Shepard gets drugged and singlehandedly strangles 4 carrying Asari and a Krogan transvestite to death!"

But saying nothing...I don't know...during all this BioWares reputation has suffered, and that has an impact on current and future sales...the more a reputation is broken, the harder to repair... just sayin

Very difficult indeed.
