I never really found myself drawn to the Asari. They're supposedly the "fairest beings" in the galaxy, but apart from skin color, facial marks, and slightly different facial features, they all basically look the same. That's why I was instantly drawn to Quarians. That mystique they have of remaining hidden behind the masks is strangely attractive.

I see a fair amount of variety, but I do expect there'll be less variety than humans, just because they've had a modern civilization for thousands of years.  That increased sameness will happen with humans too, over time.

I like Quarians, though when I say that, I really mean I like Tali's personality. Quarians do have that "exotic" vibe going which I like, but they still don't beat Asari in that area, as far as I'm concerned :)

Yeah and I said that because "feminist" doesn't relate to female-only problems despite the name, and certainly not a female supremacy.

It actually does.
Wanting to see women treated as equals rather than inferiors is not a feminist attitude, it is one every sane human being has.

No, it doesn't prove anything you said in any way. Proof involves fact, and you have opinions.

I presented fact. If you choose to ignore it, your bad.

Why would pores be disgusting? We have pores in our own skin.

And we have tons of cosmetic products to mask it as best we can.

The Asari are CLEARLY the spawn of Cthulhu (tentacle heads and all). Of COURSE they mess with your mind. That's what Cthulhu spawn does. It's all for Cthulhu.

I had no idea there are still people reading H.P. Lovecraft (unless you are refering to a game)  :o i think I'll cry :). As far as asari are concerned, I liked Liara although those tentacles were a bit strange, but Samara was creepy and scared the hell out of me :alien:

That's because Samara is a f*cking religious fanatic, putting her "justicar code" above everything else, even her own family.

One thing you can say about Samara: you always know exactly where she stands and what she'll do... because the code is so encompassing.. I have no problem with Samara, given that she's good aligned, though I wouldn't want to date her, heh!

Samara is a fanatic, but in the end she chooses her family. Her code requires her to kill her Ardat-Yakshi daughter when the Monastery is destoyed, as her daughter is not permitted to live free. Samara chooses another option.

Fact that homophobia doesn't have a literal meaning. No fact relating to feminism at all. In fact homophobia not meaning what it says ilustrates my point of how words don't all have literal meaning. Which is why I brought it up in the first place.

Really, if you want to "prove something" about feminism (or asari, which was the topic ¬¬), go publish a research on some paper, cause if you think your ignorant comments are gonna convince me of anything you're in for a disappointment. Stop trying to sound like you have any point to prove at all or how cool you are for disagreeing with a woman about feminism (really dude?). None of your points are thought out at all and I've refuted so many of them but you just have to write something random everytime that has no bearing, to look like you won some argument I wasn't even making. Saying "there, have my random unrelated biased opinion, your opinion is now invalid" doesn't sound smart. Quit it. So much for "I'm gonna stop talking to you" pages ago too.

Samara is a true paladin. Their code is all that matters, I find that refreshing for BW paladins. And swooping is bad.

And paladins are crazy. Way too stuck up with all their rules and codes and sh!t. The only code that should matter is the Bro Code.
But I agree that swooping is bad.

For example when I say "asari look like blue perfect human babes to please men" and you say "but that's not the reason I find them attractive at all so you're wrong" or "I don't think they're perfect human babes so you're wrong".... do you see how your reply does not disprove anything I've said? At all? Think about it hard. I'll give you a clue: The opinion of one guy does not have grounds on the whys of asari being designed like they were. So if all you wanna do is try to sound smart or show your opinion, do it in a way that doesn't make it sound like you're trying to invalidate mine, and do it to someone who cares.
And if you know you have a different individual meaning to what "feminist" means, why did you even start disagreeing with my opinion of why asari might bother a feminist in my very first post? If you don't use the normal meaning for the word, assume other people do. Looking up wikipedia might even help.

THEY ARE NOT PERFECT HUMANS. That is not an opinion, it is a fact, as can be seen by having blue skin, tentalce heads and generally not being human.

At all? Think about it hard. I'll give you a clue: The opinion of one guy does not have grounds on the whys of asari being designed like they were.

Neither has yours.

You obviously care deeply, or you wouldnt keep pestering me.

I use the conventional meaning, you dont.

Congrats on your opinion.

If you cant handle people expressing their opinion you should probably not visit a forum that is meant for people to express their opinions.....

So yea, the picture sums it up pretty nicely. Keep being mad.

Edit:

(and yeah you were replying to me btw, look up)

I am aware of that, and I dont know how it matters.

That's not fact. That's still your opinion. They are perfect in the ways that matter. Other guys have said it, BW has said they used the Green Babe trope when they made ME1 because they wanted to please their audience. If you read my posts you'd know because I've said this before to you.

Yes, you did. but you say lots of things and only very little of it makes sense.

Try the other way around.

That, for example, does not.

Seriously, WIKIPEDIA.

Wikipedia is very helpful in many circumstances, but I know it already. No need to mention it again.

No, but I believe that at least one person needs to make an attempt at civil and respectful discussion. That includes responding. Since you dont, that job falls to me.
Of course, seeing you get mad is a pleasant side-effectB)

You're just trolling now, good job. You don't even read what I write or have anything related to say. But you can have the last reply, don't worry about it. Just a tip though for your next "respectul discussions", next time try not to make it sound like you're trying to invalidate people's opinions.

Well  I AM trying to invalidate your opinion - because it is wrong.

Asari mate with other species because asari-asari relationships are considered taboo in their society.
