Can't wait to try to lucid dream myself back into the Normandy. I thought I almost did it last night but then my alarm rang and I had to go to college. I think I know the secret now, I will post results for anyone who wants to do it themselves. Just inbox me and I'll provide the material I used.

No offence but you should really go out more.

I don't see how having a simple dream shows he has no social life. The mind works in mysterious ways. Maybe he was playing ME2 before going to bed.

I had an interesting dream about ME3 last night....TIM was running after me in a forest trying to kill me with his pistol.  I stumbled upon a sniper rifle at some point and shot him in the head.  Also I remember going into the purgatory bar and seeing Aria naked doing a 69 on the couch with another asari which really turned me on.

Lets just say that I dream enough about mass effect that I could write my own self intrest from ME1 all the way to ME3 and it would make sense. With some (minor) halo elements thrown in to spice it up...

 Well, I had a dream that I was playing a ME3 DLC mission, and my LI was sort of in it, but in the end she mutated into some kind of a creature that looked like a colmillos from resident evil 4.  Rest of the mission was a bunch of boring crap though, just another repurposed multiplayer map.
