I have the n7 collector's edition registered with the site but I cannot use any of the profile pictures.
There is a tab that says "war assets" but it is blank - no options.
Can someone help?

Have data tracking enabled.
Play the game
Unlock specific War Asset to get the picture of them

These are hit and miss. I had them unlock one day, lock another, unlock another, and lock another. It's the site I believe not syncing up properly with your ME3 game or something. That's my theory anyways.
