"It’s incredibly painful to receive feedback from our core fans that the game’s endings were not up to their expectations," Bioware co-founder Ray Muzyka said in a statement."We’re working hard to maintain the right balance between the artistic integrity of the original story while addressing the fan feedback we’ve received," he added.Obviously this is something they were not expecting. He sounds a little surprised and a little forced. My point is they do care but were just a little taken back by it all.orangesonic wrote...no one can force Bioware to do anything... they do what they want with the ending, listen to the Fans is, and always were a Bioware word, we just expect Bioware to listen to the fans as they always did...
if THEY want to do something with the ending or not it isn`t our final decision, and if they do anything about it, i will be happy because a company that do something for the fans/buyers, it`s better than a company that says ``F**k u! we do what we want, don`t buy if u don`t like``
i don`t like this BS about the artistic integrity thing... it starting to sound like a excuse to anything wrong or good in the game industry... that will get better when we start getting shi**y games that the developer claims it`s because artistic integrity
Bioware it`s a company, and we pay for it`s products... no matter what we discuss, many people disliked the ending... like me... or like it... like you... it`s just a pointless neverending discussion

Sorry OP.
Personally I don't have any problem with the actual ending being kept as long as it's made fully interactive and clarified. I just want more possibility to play a Shepard which action would be more true to what I've made him in a hundred hours of play.

I get it. All you want is all the choices you have made to be reflected in the end. As of right now there are different endings but not different outcomes. In the end you want what you have created by playing the game all this time. I can get that, even though the end worked for me I wouldn't mind seeing many different outcomes depending on how you play. Also I get that you want to know what the heck is going on with the ending you have already chosen, like the crew and the rest of the universe, what happened to them.

I have a question for someone who's been playing Mass Effect since day one and follows all the news sourrounding it. Didn't someone leak or find out the story for ME3, the ending or just something about it thy caused Bioware to rewrite it? I swear I heard of this at one point but didn't pay attention since I wasn't playing Mass Effect. I remember thinking it was a big deal. Maybe I'm thinking of another game. If the answer is yes please take a coupe minutes and explain. I guess I'll go search the web now and see what comes up. Thanks for the time:)

yes, someone did leak the ending
So what was it? Was it considered to better than the current one? Did this leak change everything and set the motion for what is going on now?
