Custom combat tactics scripting

Would it be possible to use the 'jump to tactic' action to change to another custom tactic, instead of changing to another action within the same custom tactic? I mean, would it be possible to have the controlled and non controlled party members be able to change between the three custom tactic slots automatically via scripting?
