Hey I just wanted to post up and let the Devs know of a bug I am noticing, when I look at the accomplishments in the in-game menu it has Striker, Freedom Fighter, and Prothean Expert grayed out. But in my xbox achievements it confirms I have completed these, the Striker accomplishment even says 25/25.

A couple other minor bugs I'll just throw in(though they are not my reason for posting) are on start up I sometimes get a weird black screen with white graphical glitch looking lines on it for a few seconds, also please fix the Husk's "I'm gonna grab you" animation I found the lag/glitchy nature of it annoying in single player but it is far worse in multiplayer and sometimes the revive button does not pop up in multiplayer. Sorry if I missed another post already adressing these issues.


EDIT: I added a couple more bugs that I just recently exprienced below, one is a pretty major multiplayer bug. I'm not sure if was because of the character I chose or the level I was on or some combination of the two, so I made sure to include that information.

Think something similar happened to me

Just wanted to bump this and add in a couple more things that just happened yesterday and today. For 1 my Veteran achievement reset to 0(from 4000+).
Also I was playing as a Salarian Engineer on the Firebase Ghost level and while trying to revive someone not only did the revive not work but a strange glitch occurred where my character started floating up into the air. I was basically stuck 20 feet above the level unable to move and stuck in a 1st person view, I thought maybe once I died it would correct itself but it actually just spawned me over a ways from where I had been still mid-air. But this time maybe 10-15 feet above ground and in a falling animation(the first time I could shoot and use powers) I was back to 3rd person at that point and unable to move, shoot, and some of my powers would not work correctly.

Another bug I noticed since the Resurgance DLC(lovin the free DLC Bioware!) hit is that Banshees sometimes disappear temporarily during/after she blinks, so like she will blink then land invisable blink again then she will be visable again. In my exprience it only happens once in her pattern and she always blinks again thus reappearing, still I've had to shoot an invisable Banshee while being chased by it... not fun lol.
