hi people,

just looking for a little help here.
i bought dragon age origins for my ps3 today. i open it up to find two redeem codes inside for free. which was awesome. i followed the instructions on how to redeem them.

now heres my problem. they are not showing in the downloadable content section of the game menu.
but here the thing whe i go to my downloaded items on my bioware profile online it says i have them redeemed

do i need to do anything specific to obtain these two items for the game. it says i can only use the code once and i dont wanna lose the content because i did something wrong

any help with this will be greatfully apperciated

Have you linked your PS3 account to your EA account? I believe you need to go to the EA site, log in, and do it there.

yep i have done that. still saying there is no downloadable content

I'm having the same issue getting the blood armor dlc. I have emailed bioware staff as well as EA support and noone has been able to provide any help.

Same issue here. The Stone Prisoner worked without any problems... no online code entry, no registration sync issues between PSN and EA/Bioware, just a clean code entry and immediate download. Why they couldn't use this same approach for the Blood Armor, I have no idea. While I'm at it, let me get a few related issues off my chest:



- All available online help for this issue seems to be for the PC version. There is one mention of what to do when the DLC doesn't show up on your PS3 in the entire knowledgebase, and all it tells you to do is press triangle. OK... pressed triangle, and it just brings up the code entry window (and no, entering the Blood Armor code here... like the Stone Prisoner method... does not work).



- I figured maybe my issues root in not having registered the game. The Bioware site asks for the UPC code to register the game. Enter the UPC code, no love. EA.com asks basically for the second half of the UPC code, and I suppose I should consider myself fortunate that the registration worked directly on EA.com. Why would you be asked to register at two different web sites, using different information?



Sorry for my long-winded rant. It just seems like PS3 support for this game is non-existent. My sixty dollars are offended.

I got that two codes too and having no problem on redeem it, u must make sure that U are loggin in Ps3 Home when U play the game, U can redeem it in Playstation store or in the game instead, when u play the game and ur Ps3 are in online state
it will logged u in on dragon age server from the moment u start, if it fail u can tried again by cliking triangle,...if u made to connect to dragon age server it will show u available content to download, if u not yet downloaded any, there will be three DLC wich is Red dragon Armor, stone prisoner, and soldier's peek. if U already redeem the code and download the content than there should be only soldier's peek left in download section this one we have to pay it first.

for red armor after u downloaded it will be automaticly in your inventory but only the armor, for gloves, boots, and helmet you have to buy it from dwarve merchant that follow u in the party camp, dont worry u can't wear them any way from the begining coz it requires 32 strength to wear them if Iam not wrong.
for shale, U should check your Quest in downloadable content section, if there is Shulcher pass Quest than it means you already redeem the code correctly, just follow the Quest and it will lead you to the stone prisonner wich is Shale.

U dont have to be afraid if U do it corectly and download it it will atomaticly instaled in your hard drive so you can always play with the content even u are planning on play it with another character from the begining so there is no way U could lose the content as long there is the code u can always tried it.

my problem is not losing the content it is getting the content in the first place. i am mightily annoyed that this web site says i have the content but the game refuses to give me the content. even though the content was free. i still feel ripped off at the fact the code can only be used once and now my game doesnt even recognise the code anymore. i have done everything it has asked me to do so that i could download and install the data.



it just sucks that the game doesnt recognise it and now i cant get!!!



something needs to be done about this. i have seen i am not the only one that is having this problem

same problem here, the stone prisonner, via the in-game store, worked fine. But the blood armor, I did everything, linked with EA via their site with the UPC code. I t says in my profile on this very site that I have it but it is not showing up on the DLC in-game screen, it does say downloaded to the stone prisoner though. At least i'm not the only one.

sending a request to ea support only returns a completely useless respond about pressing the triangle button. If this is the sort of support bioware will provide. I PM'd a bioware employee about this issue and he wasn't of any help either. I won't be purchasing any future games from them that's for sure.

have u tried to redeem it via playstation store the on in PS3 XMB not the on in the game, try there if it says the code already being used to make sure it go to the game, if u in online state it will connect to dragon age server to chek available download,... if u maked to connected and there is no available download it means u already download it, if u dont make it to connected to dragon age server, u still can check it in Downloadable Content in game menu below load loadgame. so U can see the status in it, you can look there are 3 content that available and u can see it status too,...mine said Downloaded. what yours said?

Go try enter the game in login state on playstation Network then enter the game the first time u start it will connect to Dragon age server, if u make it to connect they always update the available content mine was always 3 available before I donwnloaded it.

Do try to enter the game in sign in to playstation network first, if you already sign in state, then start the game, at the begining when u press start button it will Contacting to dragon age server, if it sucseded it will show the remaining DLC if U already downloaded all the 3 content,..it wont shows u anything. then go check Downloadable Content Under Load game menu, to see the status of the content, mine is 3:
1.blood dragon Armor
2.The stone prisoner
3.warden's keep

If U already download the 3 of the content it will be popup that said:

"No content is available for download at this time please check later for new content updates. If you have previously purchased the content and need to download it again, please quit the game and check your Download List."

To see Download list go to playstation store under playstation network menu at the Up right corner there will be 4 litle icon wich is: search, redeem codes, View download, View Chart.

go to View Download, you will be in Download list, If U already redeem the code it will be there, u can always redownloaded it again even if U already sucseded. but if its not, go to redeem codes icon and reenter the codes.

First thing you have to remember is always To sign in to playstation network first (signed in) before to start the game. if you want to deal about DLC stuff.  but you dont have to do that if u just want to play the game.

I have seen that a few people have had the problem. I have the problem with the codes. I contacted the tech and he said that he was going to send it to their senior tech and I should hear from them soon. Its been about a week since that time and I am still waiting

Same problem. On the site I can see the dragon blood armor, but I cannot download it - it's not showing on my download list.

done all that and still nothing mate. i'm telling you i aint done nothing wrong. i have followed the instructions here and on the redeem code form and still nothing

Having the same problem with the blood dragon armor. They should of done it like the stone prisoner and save us the headache

same problem with the Stone Golem.



I entered the code for the armor online here and that worked fine when i logged in again on my ps3.

But I entered the Golem code on my ps3 first, it says it's available online here but i can't download it on my PS3.



I bet they are just going to keep us waiting until the codes expire so they don't have to bother fixing the bug!

I have the same problem my classmate gave me alot of codes for dragon age origins i think five of them but i didnt know how to install those content ca you please help me im tired of doing bit over and over again ca you please help me

Redeemed both blood armor and shale codes and nothings shows up. I go to do the codes again. Invalid it says. I tried every possible way but it all ends up the same way. I need some support here. Its driving me nuts
