I will not pay for an alternate ending, as we already have an ending believe it or not. I will pay far an expansion to the ending or for more endings without the removal of the current ones.
Would you pay for a Alternate ending DLC?

If it cost money, I would wait to see if it were any good, and if it were, I'd grudgingly pay for it out of acknowledgement that it cost money to make. I would also view any future content by all of Bioware with great skepticism, because resolving a central storyline through DLC is pretty tacky. DLC works best when it fleshes out side-stories and adds depth to the universe, not when it is essential to understanding the main story. Honestly, I'd have more respect for the company if they just charged $80 for the complete game and said "yeah, for what we put into it, it's worth it".
If it's free, it's good, and it addresses the ending in a way that allows me to enjoy the series as I used to, then my total, unquestioning faith in Bioware is restored. Until the next debacle, anyways.

No is the short answer. I bought the game under the assumption, fully fueled by Bioware, that I was getting a varied and full ending that took my choices into account.
Since they did not provide that - in a full-priced game package - then they owe me that ending free of charge.
I want to see the story concluded properly just like everyone else, but I won't be taken advantage of.

I probably would, but it also would be the last thing I would buy from them.

There wont be any alternative ending DLC !! I certainly would not pay for it.
I
nstead soon they will release True Ending DLC which allows you to play post indoctrination part of the Ending. This is no "alternative" ending as it was ment this way from the start, and the current endings are not going to be replaced, only expanded.
I dont know wether this is goign to be free or not. I can imagine they wanted to make it "charged" at first, but after all negative reactions they will release the True Ending DLC for free.
Hold the Line people !

This. Multiplayer related stuff wouldn't hurt also

If we assume that the Indoc Theory was always intend to be true and that the whole thing was just a brilliant stunt by Bioware; where they will just come out in a few days or so and declare "Gotcha. you fell for it" and then release the rest of the ending...
Then no, it shouldn't cost a anything at all. That's not how you treat a loyal fanbase.
If it HAS to be priced due to rules and stuff then it should be priced as low as possible.

I will buy any DLC that fixes the ending the way I want, because I want the epicness that is Mass Effect to end a way that I can say goodbye properly to the story!

If it's a proper, fleshed out DLC that adds some proper content as well as choice-related consequences and a logical ending with closure then I'd pay for it.

No.
I wouldn't without researching it. I'd watch it on YouTube then decide.

Would you pay for a Patch?
I was teched that there are two business model´s in the world:
Sell once and never again and Sell the rest of your life.
Depends on how you treat your costumers. They made promises, fulfill them.

Depends how much it is. Obviously, new endings will require new dialogue and more work put in by the developers, and that's something that won't be free of charge.

No, I already payed for a decent ending, the one they promised to me, so I won't be paying anything for such a DLC.
Edit: However, if they add some more content, I may be willing to spare a few bucks.
