I would rather pay for a quality DLC that brings back familiar VO's and resources rather than receive a half-assed attempt to rectify the situation as a result of improper funding.
If I have to pay, so be it.
Would you pay for a Alternate ending DLC?

Depends what it entails.
If it's a quality expansion, yes.

I don't believe in paying extra for an ending because I think it should already be in the game. That said, I recognize Bioware believes it DID include a true ending. If it's not free (which I can understand) then I'd probably just watch it on Youtube.
I wouldn't be upset either way though. They're a business and I'm a consumer. At the end of the day, that's what it is.

That depends. If it were just a a small ending "fix," then no. If it were a significant ending overhaul including new game resources, maybe. It it were a significant fix bundled to additional content in a complete DLC package ala Broken Steel, then yes.

Yes. Would gladly pay for ending DLC/expansion as long as it was up to Bioware's pre-ME3 ending standards. Sig link provides further explanation.

No, unless it had a good few hours of content.

Sure, I'll pay if it adds more to the game and makes it more fun to play; that's basically my requirement for all DLC

Yes.
I would pay for alternate ending DLC. The better the job BW does the more I'd be willing to pay up to a max of 30$ or so ....

If the ending DLC is of the quality I expect from Bioware and completely removes the starchild from the storyline, then yes, I would gladly pay for an ending DLC.

A quality Final battle with Harbinger, and a decent reunion with squad then yes.

Yes.
I would pay as much as 10 dollhairs for a good ending.
Also, old thread is old.

I'll read the reviews first. Depending on how they turn out. I'll buy the ending. At this point it may be really hard to trust Bioware with an ending....

Yes i would.

Of course not, endings are fine as it is, any ending is good enough for a sequel and Bioware already stated they don't want to make a new ending.
If they did, it'd be for money, pure and simple. Don't give them ideas.

yes, I would, but only if it had a victory on our own terms if our EMS was high enough. After that I would even be willing to pay for other sp dlc if it had a good storyline of its own.

They know I would. For one with no glow-in-the-dark children. I know it's sad, but I'd like to have ME back.

No, that would be terrible. Terrible for gamers, terrible for BioWare, terrible for video games in general. We should check our indulgence. Regardless of your opinion on the ending, we should not set a new standard for video games.
If you're still pissed off about the ending, I recommend that you either accept it or move on. It's not healthy to hold such a grudge over something that will never be changed.
And the fact that so many people posting here would be willing to pay for a new ending DLC is just sad.

Depending on what the new ending was, yes, I'd pay.
I'd even pay a couple of bucks that modified the current endings so Shepard could at least live in the new galaxy he created.
Until that day, though, I'm not paying fro anything Mass Effect related
