 Hi i'm on Gold on Bennin (idk what the name is) and my character keeps going up in the air i cant do anything to stop it ! (( Hope i won't get banned)

This happened to me halfway through a match aswell, was above the level then below the level, flying around, could not shoot my gun but i could use biotics. Also been seeing alot of other weird glitches recently. It seems to have something to do with a host with a laggy connection.
