I skip cryo blast with the Sentinel. Of course at level 60, You can have everything maxed except for one skill which will have 4 level's

No need to skip things really. you could just pul less points in them. I only put 3 points into pull and shockwave with my vanguard. I would probably skip one ammo power for classes that have multiple ammo powers.

I skimp on Sticky Grenade with my Infiltrator. Grenades are nice, but I'm usually sniping and thus too far from most enemies.
