What would make Bioware for me?
- a free DLC/patch that fixes face import issue and EMS for single player.
- ending DLC (hopefully free and if Bioware wants to get the fans onside it would be, but if it works as I like I would still end up paying) that (a) makes sense, (

doesnt utilise either space child or dues ex machina (or blatantly rip off Fable or Deus Ex endings) © has greater variety reflecting our choices through all three games, (d) gives us a chance of a happy ending with LI and friends, (e) shows what happened to our buddies, and (f) most importantly of all, gives us a chance to argue, fight, struggle. My Shep would never submit to the star childs crazy tautologies, especially given our past achievements, so why now?
- meaty DLC packs akin to LOTSB, preferably on Omega, Illium etc. And make sure all the party members come back to record dialogue, nothing breaks immersion than an entirely mute character.
Break?
- I detested the ending in BSGalactica where magic/religion was used as a crutch to explain everything, I simply dont like that in hard sci-fi. I dont want ending DLC that merely explains the star childs background! If they leave endings as is - three similar choices that dont reflect game play decisions and an out of character shepherd meekly acquiescing to become a bigger murderer than anyone in history - then I'm out.
Bioware games have always been day one purchases for me, and while I liked Dragon Age 2 and could see what it was trying to do, it still had flaws that shook my confidence in them a bit. Still, I replayed it twice and would go through again, and to be fair to Bioware the DLC for DA2 showed progression and listening to the fanbase. That gives me some hope.
Mass Effect 3 should have been a triumph, certainly most of the game was incredible, but the hollow dissapointment caused by the endings has tarnished the whole series for me.
Whats the point of struggling against impossible odds if you end up doing Saren's job for him?
